1. Scope

This Cookie Policy explains how shopmking.com (LLC, EDRPOU 72078940) uses cookies and similar technologies (local storage, pixels, SDKs) on this website, and how you can control them. It should be read together with our Privacy Notice.

2. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device. They allow the site to remember your actions and preferences between visits and help us measure how the site is used.

3. Cookies we use

  • Strictly necessary — session integrity, security, language and consent preferences. These are required for the site to function and are set on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing the service.
  • Analytics — aggregated statistics on visits and pages viewed. Set only with your prior consent.
  • Advertising and remarketing — identifiers used to measure campaigns and show relevant messages. Set only with your prior consent.

Non-essential cookies and tracking identifiers are not placed and personal data is not processed for these purposes before you give prior consent, in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023.

4. Your consent choices

On your first visit a consent banner lets you accept all, reject non-essential cookies, or choose categories. You may withdraw or change consent at any time by clearing cookies for this site and reloading the page, or by writing to contact@shopmking.com. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

5. Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site from working. You can also use private browsing mode and opt out of analytics via your browser's tracking controls.

6. Third parties

Analytics and advertising providers may act as our processors and may store data outside Ukraine. Such transfers are made only under a lawful transfer basis and with appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data.
