Specification first. Metal second.

We are an independent auto concierge and brokerage in Kyiv, not a dealer or a certified pre-owned programme. We write your sourcing brief, shortlist cars that match it, coordinate the seller, and record every difference between what was claimed and what an inspection found.

02 / Sourcing criteria

Four written rules before a single car gets shortlisted

Every search runs on the same four artefacts. If one is missing, the case does not move forward. It stays open on paper, not on a promise.

  1. 01

    Sourcing brief

Model, trim, year band, drivetrain, colour tolerance, mileage ceiling and budget, all written down and signed off before the first message goes out.

    Locked
  2. 02

    Shortlist

Three to five cars, each with VIN, seller type, asking price and a first pass note on what does not match the brief.

    Compared
  3. 03

    Seller terms

Availability confirmed, viewing scheduled, and terms recorded in the file. We support the negotiation, the buyer signs and pays.

    Recorded
  4. 04

    Variance log

Every gap between what was requested, what the seller stated and what the inspection found is logged as a line, not smoothed over.

03 · Specification comparison ledger

Requested, verified, and the variance between them

Each shortlist entry is written down as a request first, then checked against the seller's statement and the inspection file. Where the three disagree, the difference stays on the record in copper instead of being smoothed over.

Variance is the gap between what was asked for, what the seller stated, and what the inspection recorded. It is a finding at a point in time, not a warranty of future condition. See the comparison method or send a brief through the sourcing brief form.

04 / Inspection evidence

Findings written down, limits stated plainly

Each file carries third-party inspection notes recorded on the day of the viewing. They describe condition at that moment. They are not warranties, certifications, or promises about what comes next.

What the file contains

  • Requested specification, seller statements and measured findings listed side by side.
  • Variance items marked in copper, with the reason recorded rather than smoothed over.
  • Inspector initials, date and mileage at the moment of the check.

LimitsA report covers visible and accessible components only. Hidden faults, future wear and paperwork authenticity stay outside its scope.

05 / Seller coordination

From first request to handover, every seller contact is written down

Coordination, not control. We confirm availability, schedule viewings, record the terms each seller states and support your negotiation. The purchase contract stays in your name.
