01 / Written brief

Put the exact car you want in writing.

This page is the single entry point for a sourcing brief. You describe the vehicle, the specification ceiling, the budget band and the timing. We answer with a documented file instead of a phone call that goes nowhere.

shopmking.com is an independent auto concierge and brokerage. We do not sell cars, we hold no stock, and we act for no dealer. The brief exists so every later step, the shortlist, the seller conversations and the inspection file, traces back to something you wrote.

What happens after you submit

  1. 01Redirect to confirmation. The form posts and you land on a confirmation page. No account is created and nothing is stored on your device.
  2. 02Brief review. We read your specification list against realistic domestic availability and ask where it is ambiguous.
  3. 03Shortlist and comparison. Candidates arrive with requested values, verified values, and every variance marked in copper.
  4. 04Seller coordination and inspection. We schedule viewings, record terms, and arrange an independent third-party inspection before any money moves.

An inspection report is a point-in-time finding by a third party. It is not a warranty, a certification, or a promise about future condition.

03 — Sourcing brief

Write the brief once. We answer in writing.

Name the car, the specification that decides it, and your budget. You get back a shortlist with a Requested / Verified / Variance table before any viewing is booked.

Every field is optional. Sending this brief opens a conversation only: no fee is charged and no purchase decision is made at this stage.

We reply by email, usually within two business days.
