This notice is issued under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015.
2. Data collected
Contact forms collect your name, email, phone, message and any vehicle or location details you provide, plus technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited.
3. Purposes and basis
We use data to answer concierge inquiries, prepare quotes, arrange services, keep records and improve the site, relying on your consent, pre-contract steps and our legitimate interests. Claims are substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996.
4. Cookies and consent
Non-essential cookies and tracking, including analytics and advertising identifiers, are set only after prior consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Essential cookies need no consent.
5. Retention and sharing
Inquiry data is kept only as long as needed, normally up to 24 months, or as law requires. We share it with hosting and email providers acting on our instructions under confidentiality, and with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal data.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw consent by writing to contact@shopmking.com. We reply within the periods set by Law No. 3153-IX. You may complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.
7. Consumer terms
Service scope, prices in UAH, cancellation, refunds and complaint handling appear in our terms. Complaints: contact@shopmking.com. Disputes follow the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991.
