1. Provider details

This website is operated by shopmking.com LLC, registered at Business Center 'Horizon', 42-D Beresteiskyi Ave, Kyiv, 03113, Ukraine (EDRPOU 72078940). Contact: contact@shopmking.com, +380 956 458 4266. Managing Director: Lucas Costa. These Terms are published under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 3 September 2015.

2. Service scope

shopmking.com provides concierge sourcing and inspection support for vehicles. We are not the seller and are not a party to any sale. Vehicle availability, condition, inspection results, pricing and delivery timelines are indicative and may change. No affiliation with manufacturers or dealers is implied unless stated.

3. Fees and payment

Our fee is disclosed in your quote before work begins and is stated in UAH unless otherwise agreed. Third-party costs such as inspection, transport and taxes are shown separately. Fees are non-refundable once sourcing begins, except where the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated 12 May 1991 requires a refund.

4. Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel before sourcing starts and receive a full refund of our fee. After sourcing starts, we refund the unused portion less documented costs. Refunds are made to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.

5. Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information, use the service lawfully and not misuse the website. You are responsible for independent verification of any vehicle before purchase.

6. Limitations

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for third-party acts, seller misrepresentation or delays beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Advertising accuracy

Claims about our service, vehicle availability, inspection outcomes, pricing and affiliations are accurate and substantiated under the Law of Ukraine "On Advertising" No. 270/96-VR dated 3 July 1996.

8. Privacy and cookies

Personal data is processed in line with the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10 June 2023. Non-essential cookies and tracking are used only with your prior consent.

9. Complaints and disputes

Send complaints to contact@shopmking.com. We respond within 10 business days. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the competent courts of Kyiv, Ukraine, after pre-court contact.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine.
